Please read these terms carefully before using the betzo platform — all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are clearly explained here.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the betzo platform and its services ("Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between betzo and each user ("User" or "Member") of the platform.

betzo is an online casino and sports betting platform built for Bangladeshi players. The platform operates using secure SSL encryption technology and ensures fair play.

In addition to these Terms, betzo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use the services on betzo, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above may use this platform.
  • You must be a real individual and operate the account in your own name.
  • Funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source.
  • Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is prohibited.
Important: betzo may request identity documents or other paperwork at any time for age and identity verification. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

When registering on betzo, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any details provided at registration change in the future, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Information Required for Registration

  • Full name (matching your national identity card)
  • Active mobile number
  • Valid email address
  • Date of birth
  • A strong password

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If a second or multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited. However, genuine deposited funds are generally returned, subject to investigation.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your betzo account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Never share your login password with anyone.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify betzo support immediately.
  • Changing your password regularly is a good habit.

betzo will never ask for your password via email or chat. If any message requests your password, treat it as fraudulent.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

betzo only accepts designated payment methods. The accepted methods on this platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

5.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
  • Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
  • If there is any error in a deposit amount, notify support immediately.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests must be made to the payment method registered on the account.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 6 for details).
  • Identity verification may be required before processing large withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

betzo's bonus offers are provided to members and are available under specific conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Some examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

  • A time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirements.
  • Bonus bets may not be counted equally across all games — contact support for details.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (such as arbitrage betting, collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, etc.), betzo reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting on betzo are conducted according to specific rules.

7.1 General Betting Rules

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game or bet is disrupted due to a technical error, betzo may cancel the relevant bet and refund the deposited amount.
  • If a technical error is found in a game result, betzo reserves the right to void the result of that round.

7.2 Sports Betting

betzo's sports betting covers markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match you can bet on match winner, top batter, or total runs markets. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the settlement of that bet will follow the applicable rules.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots

betzo offers games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates under its own rules. General information about RTP and volatility concepts can be found on the support page.

8. VIP Program

betzo offers a five-tier VIP program for loyal members. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. VIP cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. The cashback benefit is part of betzo's overall policy and is subject to change.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betzo platform:

  • Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
  • Collecting bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
  • Match-fixing or fraudulent activity.
  • Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Attempting to access another member's account.
  • Hacking or launching cyberattacks on betzo's systems.
Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all funds and bonuses may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by betzo

betzo may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. To do so, log in from the betzo Login page and send a request to support. Before closing your account, make sure all wagering requirements are met and any withdrawable balance is withdrawn.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

betzo places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption and does not sell personal data to third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

By opening an account on betzo, you consent to the processing of your information under the terms described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betzo is not liable for the following:

  • Game sessions being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
  • Account information being leaked due to the user's own carelessness.
  • Errors from third-party services (such as server issues with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banks).
  • Service disruption caused by unexpected natural disasters or events.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
